Salad
1/2 avocado, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp hemp hearts
2 cups mixed salad greens
1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
Dressing
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all salad ingredients to a large salad bowl.
Mix together all dressing ingredients until well blended. Toss dressing with salad.
