Ingredients
1 cup (80 g) rolled oats
1/4 cup (62 g) almond butter
1 medium banana, mashed
1 tbsp (12 g) chia seeds
1/4 cup (30 g) chocolate protein powder
Clean brands include Truvani, Primal Kitchen, and Thorne
Directions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and use your hands to blend all ingredients together well.
Create approximately 8 balls out of the mixture.
Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, freeze for up to 3 months.
