Add all ingredients (except coconut oil) to a large food storage bag or food storage container.
Seal, then shake until mixture is evenly distributed. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
Cook:
Cook chicken thighs in a large skillet with the coconut oil over medium heat until cooked through, about 7 minutes on each side.
Or grill them on an outdoor grill until they have grill marks and are cooked through.
