1 ½ cups puffed quinoa (or puffed brown rice cereal)
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together melted oil, maple syrup, cacao powder, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in puffed quinoa.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop 8 mounds onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press gently with your hands to flatten the tops out.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to harden. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
