4 sheets crunchy seaweed snacks (like Ocean’s Halo or Seasnax)
1 small avocado, sliced into 4 quarters
1 small cucumber, sliced into 4 long spears
1 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon wheat-free tamari
Directions
Lay seaweed sheets down on a plate.
Fill each with 1 avocado slice, 1 cucumber spear, and ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds.
Roll each of them up into a mini “sushi” roll.
Enjoy dipped in tamari.
