Ingredients
- 4 gluten-free hoagie rolls, lightly toasted
- 12 soy-free frozen falafel balls (heated to package directions)
- 1 cup organic marinara sauce, heated
- 8 slices organic provolone cheese-or-vegan cheese
- ½ cup Bleu Yogurt Dressing (recipe in Dressings)
Directions
- Split the toasted hoagie rolls and divide them between 4 serving plates.
- Fill each with 3 cooked falafel balls.
- Pour heated marinara over the tops of the falafel balls, then add 2 slices of cheese to each sandwich.
- Close sandwiches and slice in half.
- Enjoy with Large Salad tossed with dressing on the side.
Omnivore option: Substitute 1 lb. frozen, cooked organic gluten-free meatballs in place of the falafel balls.
